Why We Started Premier Bath Concepts
Before we started this company, we spent years inside the remodeling industry, and one thing kept bothering us. Homeowners were paying big-corporation prices for a bathroom, and a large share of that money went to management layers and overhead instead of the work in their home. We knew the same quality could be delivered for a fair price.
So we built Premier Bath Concepts to do exactly that. Large national companies often carry higher overhead, and our local structure lets us put more of your budget into products, installation, and personal service. Here, you’re never just a small job. Leonard "Len" Cirrintano — Founder & Owner
Len founded Premier Bath Concepts as a family-owned alternative to the big national remodelers, so homeowners across the West Valley get premium work at a fair price.
A family man himself, he has worked in remodeling since 2008, close to 18 years, and he leads design while overseeing every install to keep each project smooth and held to a high standard. Len also likes to teach as he goes, walking you through your options and explaining the reasoning behind each one. With a little humor along the way, he makes sure that the finished bathroom is the one you actually wanted.
Kay Hackman — Senior Designer
Robert Houf — Lead Installer
Robert runs our installs from the first day of demolition to the final fixture and coordinates the crew top to bottom. He brings more than 25 years in the trade and is a licensed master plumber and general contractor, with deep experience in both bathroom and kitchen remodels. A husband and father of two, he is also the crew’s resident jokester, so the job site stays light on the long days.
Anthony Taylor — Install Apprentice
Anthony has a natural feel for the trades and years of hands-on experience behind him.
He measures twice and cuts once, with the kind of precision that makes every panel and fixture line up right. The crew calls him ‘the muscle,’ since he handles the heavy lifting on site. Off the clock, he is a devoted family man and father.
Why We Started Premier Bath Concepts
- Licensed Both Ways
We hold an Arizona general contractor license (ROC 365652) and a master plumber license (ROC 367067). Most bathroom remodelers hold neither. That combination lets us move plumbing, change a layout, and take a room down to the studs, from a Bathroom Remodeling project to a full Kitchen Remodeling.
- In-House Crews, No Subcontractors
The team that plans your project is the team that builds it. We don’t hand your bathroom to subcontractors, so quality and schedule stay in our hands from demolition to the last fixture. Our crews bring about 50 years of combined experience into your home.
- Clear, Written Pricing
We’re licensed, bonded, and insured, and we set your final price in writing before any work begins. We don’t use demolition as an excuse to raise the number later. If we find something behind the walls, we explain it and handle it as agreed.
The Products and Warranty We Stand Behind
We install premium wall systems most remodelers don’t offer. Our Sentrel acrylic is about twice as thick as standard acrylic, so it won’t yellow, crack, or fade, and our Up Home crushed-stone panels are a half-inch thick with veining that runs all the way through the material.
